All delegates and observers to the convention must register and must pay a registration fee.

Chapter Convention

Labor Party chapters will convene in Pittsburgh in advance of the First Constitutional Convention.
Representation
Chartered chapters with 200 or more members in good standing are entitled to two votes. Chapters with fewer than 200 members are entitled to one vote. Each chartered chapter may send two delegates per vote to the convention.
Registration
Prior registration for the chapter convention is not required and no registration fee will be charged.
Observers
Observers from chapters are invited.
Rules
A Co-chair of the Labor Party Interim National Council will convene the chapter convention. The first order of business will be to select a chairperson from among the delegates. Upon selection, the Labor Party Co-chair will relinquish the chair to the elected chairperson.
The next order of business will be the adoption of rules for the chapter convention. The agenda will be adopted by the delegates.
